BUSINESS COMMUNICATION
Connect team conversations to the work that follows.
When purchasing, production and sales work in different languages, a misunderstood detail can mean rework. Sollar App is being developed to bring messaging, translation and business tools into a familiar interface.
Organize communication around teams and projects.
An order may involve sales, a factory and finance. When each department holds only part of the conversation, someone has to rebuild the context before taking action. Sollar brings work groups, shared files and company contacts into one business messenger.
Start with a routine that involves several people, such as confirming a shipment. Agree on the group, who owns each decision and where the documents belong. This gives the team a concrete setting in which to evaluate the tool.
Translate both meetings and voice messages.
Translated video captions help people follow a live conversation in another language. Dubbed voice messages serve a different situation: a colleague sends an audio message, and the recipient receives a version in a language they understand, with the original recording kept for reference.
Consider a purchasing team in Brazil and a factory in China agreeing on packaging. Translation, the reference file and confirmation of the terms need to stay close together. Available features and language support will be confirmed before each pilot is activated.
Reach business systems through MiniApps.
MiniApps are small applications that open inside Sollar. The first phase covers common functions such as tasks, approvals, forms, expenses, requests and announcements. They are intended to make everyday business tools easier to reach.
An integration can connect a conversation to an ERP request or information in a CRM. Each connection needs development and configuration for the company’s systems. Internal developers or partners can create new MiniApps as the operation needs them.
Give people support from AI agents.
First-phase agents help with translation, clarification, summaries and next steps. Responses use authorized materials and should be checked by someone who knows the situation.
Sollar System research extends beyond individual assistance. It explores how commitments, decisions and organizational memory could be connected, with human specialists involved. This enterprise intelligence belongs to the 2027 research vision and is not included in current App plans.
Start with one team.
Android and iOS versions are in development. Contacting Sollar is the first step to discussing a pilot: who will join, which features will be available and when the team can start. The 30-day trial begins at the agreed activation.
Before expanding, review results from your own workflow: time needed to clarify a question, repeated confirmations and whether people can find the files they need. These are pilot evaluation criteria, not results already achieved by Sollar.
